I have a second-hand DM5 that I have used a couple of times. What should I do to keep it in good shape? Do I have to dismantle it and oil some parts or something?

Another question is about the O-Rings. Last time the one that it´s on the bottle broke, and I became aware of the need of having some of them for replacement. Are there more O-Rings of different sizes inside the marker for which I should find the size and replacements, are all the same size, or there is only the one in the bottle?

Thanks a lot.

Check out the DM5 manual as below, this will give you a guide of what to do to maintina the marker.
http://www.dyematrix.com/manuals/DyeManuals/DM5_Manual.pdf

From the look of it the manual also gives the size references of the o-rings. (And may even be highlighting where other o-ring materials are required, e.g. )
You have 2 options on o-rings, either get a spares set specificaly for the DM5 or get bulk o-rings.

I'm not a DM5 user but in general would recommend doing both options - get a specific spares set and bulk o-rings of common sizes. (e.g. air cylinder o-rings will be BS015)

NBR rubber is a common o-ring type, but you will find some different materials in the marker
