Hello All

My Marker is eating air, if i fire 1 hopper of paint all the air in the Tank is gone,
A large amount of air sems to be comming out of the barrel with the paint.

I dont have the manual so may one of the setting be turned up to heigh that is causing that amount of air to be pushed through or does it need a good service.

there should be an option on the board called dwell, i think it is set too high making the valve open for longer on each shot therefore using more air than normal

try putting all the settings on the board back to factory, found in the manual here:
http://files.planeteclipseb2b.com/ego/EGO6-MANUAL-EN.pdf (i think the bushwacker is an ego6, but correct me if im wrong)

also try cleaning and relubing the rammer and both HPR and LPR, and make sure that the LPR screw is set just in from flush with the body

if none of the above work then try changing the o rings on the LPR housing (found in manual) as some high pressure air could be contaminating the low pressure air and supercharging the solenoid, a way to check this would be to push forward on the bolt (whilst aired up) and if it is very hard then this could be the problem

hope this helps

Is this the one I sold you?

If so It did have the manual? And the manual for the Virtue board which is fitted to it mate?

Take a look at the virtue manual and it should explain how to change the dwell settings.

A service won't hurt either, should be able to do it pretty easily yourself, as above there was a full o-ring kit in the box aswell buddy.
