In a way it is yeah, but if your looking at ball for ball statistics, the cocker is more accurate.
For instance in a snap situation, the cocker will hit the target more concistently than the angel.

It has been scientifically PROVEN that there is no difference in accuracy marker to marker, all that make a difference is consistency, barrel length & barrel to paint match, and kick. An angel is no more or less accurate than a cocker, in fact a cocker is just as accurate as a spyder when starpped to a bench with the same barrel (although it may be less consistant).
As for kick, the speeds and a4's have very little, as do custom cockers, meaning there is no difference there. And when it has the right parts, a cocker can be as consistent as an angel.
Accuracy wise, you really cannot seperate angels, cocker or most high end markers.
