Empire Prophecy. Need Help

I just got a new Empire Prophecy loader today and went to test it out and it wouldnt load balls into the marker the motor wouldnt move at all and i had to keep turning the bit underneath to get balls into the gun. Can anybody help?

when you say new do you mean brand new ? replace the batteries is the first thing to do,

Nope. I put in fresh batteries and it just doesnt move at all.

what colour light is on the back ? what marker are you using

Proto SLG 09 Ultralite Marker. The light is blinking Green. Got an Etek Sent to me for tuesday so might work on that but im playing tomorrow and ill be using the slg.

right empty the loader. put it on the marker and turn it on. Then tip in a pot of paint and see what happens ?

you wont need air to test your loader
