Empire Prophecy. Need Help

Are the batteries in the right way? Do you see any breaks in the cables?
Most likely stupid questions as you have a green flashing light.
So you flick the toggle switch and the loader doesn't pre-loar? Does the motor spin if you press the left hand button once?

Nope it doesnt move at all. Lights are all on. My local field owner is sending it back for me he gets good prices for me so he got me it. Ill get a new one
