Hi Dean, yes it is. I've just dug it out of storage and noticed that there are two small marks on it, pics below. They're tiny and unlikely to be visible when in use, but the kind of thing that would annoy me if I was buying something listed as being 'as new'. Price would be £17.50 all in.
