How much heavier are DM6's to ego's?

Well, as in the title, are they that much heavier?

Really intrested in getting a DM6, but just dont want something which is too much heavier than my ego, as I play front.

You shooting an 05 or 06?

I think the difference would be marginal DM6 is 1.7lbs and the ego is . .

a standard 06 ego is 1.10Kg with the Solo barrel

the SL66 is even less (14% less in fact making it about 930g), whereas the eTek comes in at about 1.12Kg
Not sure about an 05, but it cant be that much more. They have only tweaked the milling and removed the rail from the set up between an 05 and an 06

They're about the same.

Got my DM6 last Sunday and me and a mate compared them (holding one in each hand ) You really wouldn't notice the difference in weight.

And my whole team decided the DM6 was nicer than the Ego's...and they all LOVE their Ego's! hehe

Got other stuff happening which will prob mean i'll have to get rid of the DM6.

And andy...i do believe you were one of the only people not to actually give it a go hehe.
