Marshalling stb

It was the first marshalling event for Team RDX and i was wondering how we could improve?
We know we made a few hard calls "doesn't everyone??" but any advice on how we can improve would be appreciated
what did you think of us "Field 1"

Have to say Gilly from the machine "K2" was an awesome ultimate
And to see the all te top teams in full flight

We only played Field 1 once, but had no problems with the Marshalling at all. No problems on any of the fields to be honest!

Were there many draws on your field?

Did we have any draws?

90% of the games on field one were draws.

But the RDX lads (my bitches for the day) helped us keep the games fairly to time, so thanks dudes.

As a man who stays in the safe area all day (some say counting the cash!!!) I listen to players and unless I had gone deaf the general opinion was all the marshalling was good to excellent.

There will always be the odd player who feels hard done by, but it happens in all sports. There was to my knowledge only one "incident" where a player complained to Russ about a marshal. The outcome was the team got penalty points

RDX, K2, Sabre and the Manchester Marshals plus the other marshals all did an excellent job. You can only improve by marshalling more often.
