Refunds

I'm a country member!
Won't accept the delivery or wants to return it?

In either case, don't refund until the goods are back in your hands and you are satisfied that they are in the condition sent.

Either way, refund the money less postage/packaging/expenses when satisfied.

If you haven't already mailed it then just refund and relist.

The buyer wont accept it (I hope its ok for me to say this as its anonymous) because something else came up and he needs the money. Marker is currently still in my hands, and up until I got his PM hours away from being posted, its all packaged up.

The annoying thing is I already withdrew the money from Paypal, and it takes 3 days to get into my account.

Must admit, I have to agree with Lump.

If you want this level of service and support, then buy brand new from one of the site supporters.

If you want a bargain for a decent, used item, then buy from here.....

How was the Paypal payment sent to you?? Owed or did the buyer pay the fees?

If they paid the fees, then best check on the T&C's of PayPal, if paid as payment owed then the buyer doesn't have a leg to stnad on and PayPal won't even entertain a claim....

I always withdraw the cash straight away, incase the buyer takes the money back after I've shipped it, but fair point.

Done then, suppose I'll have to wait.
They cant take the money back straight away
if they send the money as payment owed they dont have a leg to stand on if they send it as payment for goods they do have rights but again so do you
Once I have paid for something thats it unless there is a problem its mine even if I then regret it
