removing feedneck - slg ul

hi all, i want to fit a blue feedneck to my gun.




does the standard one on my gun unscrew? i cant seem to get it off and i dont want to break anything.

i have removed the outer cover that you tighten/loosen when you put your hopper in.

im a fairly strong guy and even i cant get any movement from it!

any suggestions? am i doing the right thing?

it will be thread locked in so use a hot hair dryer to melt the thread lock then try with a strap wrench.

I have also removed your link as paintballwarehouse sends my anti-virus software mad ,they obviously have a problem on the site,

the best way i have found to do it is to put a CHEAP hopper (or some pipe that happens to be the right width) in the feedneck and then use a pair of pliars or grips to twist it free

the hopper or pipe prevents the metal fingers from getting bent in or overly damaged
