The meat of it is:

1. A pneumatically operated projectile launching device, comprising: an electro-pneumatic flow distribution device configured to transfer compressed gas through the electro-pneumatic flow distribution device to a pneumatic mechanism to open a bolt.
2. A device according to claim 1, wherein the compressed gas to open the bolt is applied to a first end of the pneumatic mechanism, and wherein the pneumatic mechanism is coupled to the bolt through a mechanical linkage.
3. A device according to claim 2, wherein the bolt is configured to be closed by the application of pneumatic force to a second end of the pneumatic mechanism.
4. A device according to claim 1, wherein the electro-pneumatic flow distribution mechanism is arranged in an electronic solenoid valve, said electronic solenoid valve being configured to receive a signal from an electrical timing circuit.

Jesus, you can't even be serious! That design has been implemented in non-electro form by the autococker since before SP was a twinkle in the dickhead brothers' eyes, so perhaps K2/WGP will be able to show it as prior art. In case there was any doubt in anyone's mind about SP, it should be more than cleared up now. I don't see how/why anyone with even nominal brain function still buys Smart Parts products.

Sice when have SP been worried about filling fraudulent patents?

They have been doing it for years and taking the public for fools.


Most of their patents dont work, including this one which has the description of a cocker and a picture of the old shocker. If the American patent officers actually looked into if and how the patent works (ours do) the these patents would never be accepted.
