What will £300-£400 get my friend

Ive being contacted by a old freind who is wanting to get back into the sport. Now he wants to know what he can get with about £400ish

Now ive tried sending him down the Creed/ Demon road but he doesn't seem keen lol.

There doesnt seem to be much in that price range around at the min.

Any idea people ???
