New Woodland Walk On Venue - South Coast

Ambush Paintball would like to invite you all to their first woodland walk on event on SUNDAY 17TH JUNE.
£25 to include air, hot drinks and a substantial barbecued lunch.
This is NOT a BYO event - our standard site paint will be available at £35 per 2K. If you want anything different, let us know and we can get a price for you.
If you need CO2, we can arrange it (no extra cost) - but we need to know in advance.
Many of you already know the site and Kitch, who will be running the day for you, but if you want more information - call us on 07836 762787 or email walkons@ambushpaintball.co.uk
This will be a regular event on the third Sunday of each month and we will put reminders on the forums for you.
Let us know if there is anything specific that you are looking for from the day.
We have a limited amount of 'paintball stuff' for sale on site and can get anything else that you need. Let us know!
We look forward to welcoming you all on the 17th!!
We are a National Paintball Club member site - so the relevant discounts, etc will apply!!

Standard paint is Powerball - whatever is good at any given time but we are willing to buy in other options.
NPC members will get their standard discount, making the game fee £20. We may look at BYO on a 'corkage' basis at a later date but we want to see how this goes - bear in mind that sites need to make a profit or there will be no sites!!
Our lunch is almost worth the game fee!!! Ask Kitch ;)

Corkage?

Well most sites would charge either £15 or £20 green fee and about £30 to £35 for a box of paint. Most sites allow BYO normally at around £25 which includes the green fee and 'corkage' as you put it.

Post when you allow BYO at market rates.

Edit: Sorry to pick on your particular post. All is good when paintball is promoted by more sites opening up to walk-ons, however a few sites seem to be pricing walk-ons with a box of site paint at £60, when most other sites are charging between £40 to £50. I know costs rise due to inflation and such forth but I think collectively as walk-on players we need to resist the increase in rates to continue playing our favourite sport at a more acceptable cost. If you can charge these rates and continue to draw people in then fair play to you, but I myself will patronise more reasonably priced sites. Apologies again for picking up on your site.

Yeah - I do think it's quite a bit more pricey than other sites & being a student I can't afford £60 a pop. So that puts me out of coming, £25 BYO and I'd come. Heck, a very nearby site to you is charging £40 including a box or semi-decent paint for walk-on events. And yes that does include hot drinks, air and hotdog with chips :)
