what is the smallest size cleats as im a size 4 or what are the alternatives?

A good alternative to the paintball branded cleats are football ones. Something like astro turf boots that have the moulded grips. That or the bladed football boots.
I would avoid actual studded football boots as they will tear the turf to pieces.

oh ok there cheaper than what prices ive seen cleats for anyway so good good

now that the weather is getting better the ground will start hardening so its worth getting astro turf shoes or just use old trainers, playing in football boots on hard ground could cause an injury

just remember, dont use metal studs as you could damage the bunkers.
