Cocker Zero B Board, programing for rate of fire or cap.

Got my cocker out of storage fitted with ZERO B board in the bumf it said "FUTURE RATE OF FIRE PROGRAMABLE" need to cap the thing so..... How, what, where, who.

Dont tell me I need a new board pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease...................
