CPPS - Training day - Walk Through Needed

Hello All,

I am planning on going to a CPPS training day some Sunday soon.

I normally play scenario days/weekends.

Can someone provided me with what to expect as a beginner and what to do to get the most from my day ?

Hey my dude!

expect a lot more matches but shorter matches.

It might be worth getting in touch with one of the clubs like morning wood, or thunderducks, or SAD as they might be able to give you a more structured day out.

Are you going alone, or as part of a team? Have you played the Sup'air format before?

I ask because CPPS is geared towards team training and tournament play in the Sup'air format. It isn't a normal "rental" site.

Given the Covid situation, CPPS has had to structure their training days accordingly, so as @ant290 says it is advisable to hook up with a squad that plays competitively .

You need to check the CPPS page on FB and go from there.

Hello @Tony Harrison ,

I will be going as a duo, we have both attended events such as North Vs South, Paintfest, etc for about 4-5 years now.

we are completely green to the Sup'Air format but would like to get into it.

We have our own gear and backup markers too so would not need rentals.

@ant290 are these teams friendly to new players?

SAD is one of the biggest clubs there is.. so you won't go wrong there.

@mikey1975 might be worth trying to get hold of as he is part of the morning wood crew and maybe can point you towards their lower division teams?

Im the team capt for Morning Wood we are always looking for new players of all abilities, we are getting together at cpps on the 18th july for a training day to help knock the rust off.
