Remember the bore sizer is reverse thread so do it the opposite way to which it screws onto gun, plus a hair dryer may help just heat it up, you want to avoid heating the carbon if you can focus the heat on the rear bore sizer, may help it expand and break away easier

It screws into the gun normal but the barrel into the sizer reverse, so you could in essence put it on your gun and tighten it onto the fun and the barrel would come away from the bore sizer

Tig

Tighten the whole thing into the gun, then in a sitting position grab the front threaded half, below the carbon, and TIGHTEN( as in putting a barrel or tank on) avoiding any contact with the rear half(sizer). WITH GUN BETWEEN LEGS

finally done it after hours.

it was that tight i couldnt, (and i even got a guy i know with hands of steel) get grip to turn it, just ripped skin,

thanks for telling my it was opposit thread, that helped, i knew i was turning it the right way.

ive just had the back part in warm/hot water for a bit, then screwed it to my marker,

then, (kinda clever) cut a stip off a beer mat, because there rubber it doesnt dammage the barral, and with mole grips i managed to finally get it free, wasnt very easy though :/

its done now anyway cheers for the help shaggy

No probs I normally get more technical than a beermat and use bike innertubes, glad I could help
