Div 1 and 2 Rankings now up!

The div 1 and 2 rankings are now up and it says the draws are to take place in the next few hours, dont know if this is new or not but hey... news to me.

How have they worked that out? I mean no offence to quake but how have they been ranked 4th when they ranked 47th last year?

I think what they've done is put all the team names in a hat then slapped the guy holding the hat with a large wet fish until a name falls out then go, oi phillipe pick a number.

I think, not that it really matters...

Relegated go top, then all teams who played a few events the year before, then the promoted teams and lastly teams who have entered for the first time. Not the wet fish method this time mikey.

Quake played in proper division one last year, so all those out from the lock go top. exclude the teams that are reffing, then it's by Div2 series ranking as Div1 is actually the old Div2, then new teams in alphabetical order.

That's how it's always been.

Relegated teams go in the top...... Then all the teams who were ranked/played in the same division last season, then promoted teams from lower divisions - and then finally teams new to the millennium circuit, alphabetically!

As it's seeded, yeah. Although after you hit the 2006 Div2 rankings it's alphabetical so anyone's guess unless you know who's playing...
