Hi
I have an E1 Eblade which has been working fine, but has just started leaking air very badly out of the front of the 3 way solenoid.
I've just replaced the entire solenoid and gasket with a brand new one and it is still doing the same.
Any ideas what may be wrong?
Help is appreciated.

it could be that the lpr pressure is too high and that is venting out of the solenoid to prevent damage, so try turning it down slightly but remember to cycle the gun inbetween adjustments and testing (presuming the gun is still firing)

if that doesn't help then try taking apart and checking the o rings inside the lpr, cleaning and re lubing etc.

can you hear the solenoid clicking when the gun has no air in?

and also try changing the battery for a new high quality one as they tend to eat batterys and this can cause the solenoid to stick when there isn't enough power getting to it

hope this helps

Make sure the leak is actually from the solenoid. It may also be LPR, Ram, barbs, QEV's or hose connections. It's often difficult to locate 100%, especially on very small, low pressure leaks. I dab a little soapy water solution (small art paintbush is ideal for this), and look for bubbles. Just make sure you keep the water away from the electronics.

Thanks guys

I've turned down the pressure on the lpr, the gun will still cycle fine, the air leak reduces considerably when you turn the pressure down but increases again as you increase the pressure.
The battery's fine.
I can hear the solenoid clicking with no air attached but gun switched on.
Any further advice? apart from a large hammer!

As G to the T has said where Exactly is the leak coming from ?

Theres soooo many places on a cocker solenoid that can leak...

If its getting louder with the preassure then check the 3 hoses arnt split and are in the right order.

Other than that, if its not the barbs or hoses double and tripple check your gasket, theyre a propper ******* to get to sit correctly so just take it off give it a good lube up and put it back on ( there should be notches that line it up correctly )
