Mates got a SWB Landy LW with a 3.5L rover in it. Didn't need LR or 4WD to get up a bloody big hill....just a run up.

I loved raggin' Landys in the TA...great fun, not so good with a trailer on though

Just sold my old series 3 with a half race Rover 3.9 in it,no diff locks...spun all 4 wheels in 1st and 2nd

No mate Philip will be strapped to the sump ,anyway its just a pile of bits at the mo`.Last `un took 2 years to get on the road
