Who ever it is need to own up cause it is just going to come out then it will make it worst for that person or team.

On the issue of the "Duck incident", are there actually any confirmed reports? I've heard a lot of people saying that it was just a hoax and no ducks were actually shot, though there were people releasing shots in that area?
Obviously, its still completely unacceptable that people would be using their guns in such a way at all, but if they DID definately KILL live animals then that really is beyond the pale...
Asked same question over the weekend, thought it might be Chinese whispers but can confirm that it did happen and people in the know saw the sad results of the incident

It seems like theres so many individual incidents all going on in such a short space of time
some of them really serious, like killing wild animals Its disappointing to see there are some individuals in paintball who let everyone else down. As is often the case, i think its a case of the few ruining it for the many 
didn't I see somewhere that someone was being questioned by Police and that unbelievably they were German?
Thats what I heard, apparently a staff member from center parcs was following them and watched them do it, then reported it and they were caught at the site the next day.
That was the duck thing that happened.
