Pretty sure the BE patents do not apply to the UK, thats why powergames were able to make and sell the autofeed type hoppers, I believe they were very similar in operation to the VL generation of hoppers.

The suit would only pertain to the US.

The worst that could happen is that Odyssey couldn't make anymore in the US

However, if they are made in the UK that's OK but they couldn't be sold in the States.

...this is all assuming BE win of course :D

HALO looks good but I heard that you'll only get 180 rounds into it. Leaving your opposite number with twenty more to mug you when you're potting up!

The real drawback is the oversize feed neck that don't fit anything at the moment, it looks like it could take a week of fettling to sand or shave it down to fit.

Anyway who can honestly shoot more than 10 a second constantly?:confused:
