Whichever it is that can be undone by hand tools. Think it might be blue, not 100% though.
Fraid I wont be at Necton as I'm going on holiday now and need the cash, couple of the team will be there though.
loct tight ???? PTFE tape mate much better. It's also used on dive regs. Any b & q plumbing section. Lock tight ant half a pig to get the thing back out if you need to. Use an adjustable spanner
blue loctie is better gives abetter seal, if need to get out at later date just use hot water to soften. always found PTFE tape pushed its self out when tightened.
You should never use loctite or PTFE tape on Dive regs
They need nothing more than the O ring and pressure to seal them also you shouldnt be using an adjustable spanner to remove a fill nipple just get the right size spanner otherwise you'll end up rounding of the nut
