Is the "No-Look Rule" gone for good?

I have been away from the paintball news for a while but I've heard that they will no longer have this "blind dead-man zones" Is this correct?

But the rules on the Millennium Series web site STILL haven't been updated
I do hope they will be before Max Masters (only another week & a half to go).
