Seeing as the only news seems to be about CPL we thought we'd ask how everyone else is doing in the m5

for those who are intrested the day started out a bit windy to say the least and by the afternoon one m5 field was blown away, not by us..........well a few ppl felt the force of NK but the weather beat us down and the netting went 1st, then the bunkers, then one huge big jack off scaffolding tower decided "i know lets join in the game". needless to say m5 was put on hold for an hour while the millenium crew did their best to get a field up and running so the afternoon session could be finished.

Scores on the doors for NK. Top of M5 series but not quite top today, loosing 1 drawing 1 and winning 4. while the Nk army (team 2, but still as notorious) decided to copy us and got the exact same....dam cant they get their own style?

hows everyone else got on? any scandal in the m5 to report?

I think it's a scandal that an unknown team from some eastern european country is ranked 1st after today... This is certainly a nasty surprise for some of the more seasoned M5 teams.

Congratulation to Notorious Kidz for winning the Millennium Series 2006 and taking 3rd in Campaign. Well done to Notorious Kidz Army for your first tournament played together your did well. See you all soon

Well done to all the M5 teams, unlucky the Kidz but you were up against a tuff bit of competition with Antrax and Los Lobos. Shame our game didn't play out as planned

was a great weekend guys, played against some wicked teams and the finals were tense with the last 3 teams only being seperated by men count i think??
congrats to notorious talented team

wana say congrats to the marshall, best ive ever had in all fairness and overcome the weather conditions at M5 really well

Yeah there was some close competition all weekend really, and I think most people will agree that the marshalling was top notch in general. Especially considering what the marshalls had to go through with collapsing netting, falling structures, postponed games and messed up draws...

Finals

Finals were gr8! Complete respect to all the teams in it!

Breakout played first against Los Lobos, annoying play by them..... just held the back line and hit our runners. Fair play to them, it was how to win the finals, just wish we hadn't been the first up, maybe we would have changed our play! Los Lobos win!

Notorious played Antrax next, they took an early lead i think, but then it seemed to fall apart for them and they lost it! Antrax win with 3 alive!

Notorious then played Los Lobos, and they did exactly the same to them that they did to us! Not sure what happened exactly as i was potting up at this point! Los Lobos win!

We played Antrax next and used our second play after the Los Lobos game! All made our bunkers and did a lot of damage, we got one of the break and a few more soon after. The end for us was very sloppy, by this point we were all exhausted and it showed. We lost two players trying to get their last player in the back left! Breakout win with 2 alive!

We played Notorious in the next game! This was the one we'd been looking forward 2 all weekend after playing nk army twice over the two days. Used our second play again, took one of the break, kept all our players, kyle got shot out of temple quickly though. At this point my hopper ran out of batteries! So sat tight in tbag watching their players move up the 50 on both sides (One right in front of me ). We got snake i believe then lost our right players! Then i was hit from 50. Our final player was mugged in back left... though we all saw the paint break on Conor's hopper hehe. Was a wicked game... even though i had very little part in it! Notorious win with 3 alive!

The two UK teams then went back into the players area to pack up leaving the Los Lobos/Antrax game to go ahead, which Los Lobos won comfortably i think.

Two UK teams on the podium! Well played to all the teams there! especially the finalists! Shout out to NK army and Fallen Angels! Was great fun playing both of them!

Marshalls were incredible as well! Best i've ever played with!

Well done Notorious Kids on taking the series!

yer i get over excited with my g counts and was on right 50 could only see james back right couldnt see conor or the other
