pippmann 98 costom help

my new tippmann 98 costom is leaking co2. its so new i havnt bean paintbaling with it. ive used it at my house and stuff but it hasnt seen any reel combat. the air is comming out of the front where you screw the barrel into. wuts wrong? please help me, this is my only gun and i cant afford to have it broken.

well.. First of all, This belongs in the Techroom..

But if the gun is really that new, send it back to the company you bought it from so they can fix or replace it..

Also, a strip n check wouldnt go amis.. check your O-Rings..

Put about 5 drops of oil into the ASA (bit where the co2 bottle screws in)
Cock the gun, then screw the co2 bottle back in.
Fire the gun of about 15-20 times then see if its still leaking

its your Valve leaking- as Swiss said, jive it some oil in the bottom line.

#1. it is leaking out of the barrel.
#2. i tried dry firing, and putting gun oil in the tank adapter.
#3. the first thing i did when it was leaking was take it all apart and check all accessible parts.
#4. pippmann is my rush-job hurry harry hurry acidental misspelling of tippmann.

if its that new it may just need breaking in, we got a load of new guns at my site about a week ago, they had exactly the same problem. like has already been said, stick some oil in the bottom line /asa thing and fire o few times (well if you put a few hundred paint through it that should do). i think its a matter of just giving the orings a chance to break in.

yeah as said before.

co2 is maybe freezing you orings. store your marker somewhere warm if it is being kept inac old place like a basement or somewhere like that.
