It's a splash anodised classic Automag with a pump kit. Automags are fairly easy to find 2nd hand, splash ones less so (mainly because @swe_crazy buys them all! ) and pump kits fairly uncommon in the UK.

Edit: actually a minimag body, not an automag body, my bad
