I haven't tested the items but the were working when my brother last used them ~3 years ago. Hopper was bought used and has some minor damage.
The balls are free if you collect, although 3k of the 4k balls are unopened I would imagine they may be too old to not break in the chamber and clog your gun, but possibly worth a try. The gas in the photo is out of test date and will not be sold, but can be taken to be retested if allowed by the forums.
