We will be looking in to claims made by H-pac and will take legal action if
necessary for false claims and improper representation of STAKO Cylinder.

Kind regards,

This alone means i will NEVER buy a stako. The fact they are threatening legal actions, when H-PAC are only looking out for the safety of the players shows realy bad PR on their part.

I'd say that as well:D

If that's the case then fair enough but why hasn't this been noticed or mentioned by Stako before if so? This sounds to me like CYA stuff, especially with the bits about misuse of the tanks. I think it's more likely there's been a bad batch of bottles as has happened with other manufacturers, with recalls and replacements or just hard cheddar. H-PAC are talking about bubbles under the skin over the wrapping and I can't believe that's a design feature:confused:

I can see were you're coming from but you've also got to look at it from Stako's side as well, if their product is faultless H-PAC have pretty much put a stop on sales for them... if this was smartparts people would want bood ;)

Just looks like it's not gonna be sorted in the next few weeks if lawyers are getting involved

seriously tho,
if you`d heard of 13 cases of brake failures on the make of car you drive, you`d have serious concerns wouldnt you, you cant just say ohh! well my brakes look ok, you`d be round the main dealers pronto
only if it was a new car, much the same as i didnt rush to take back any of last years easters eggs i stil lhad after cadbury said there was salmonella in their chocolate. I believe, naively or not, that i am not affected.

theres plenty of brand loyalty to stako now, and i havent had an issue and i daresay many hundreds of other ballers too .

in gods honest, i see this is either

1 - a problem with an isolate batch. the 2 genuine reports off the owners ive seen indicate recent new purchases.

2 - a problem caused by hpac fill stations at the event. As stated, stako use plastic, not Aluminium, hence any degradating material introduced into the cylinder may act different on the liner therein.

for me personally, i have faith in MY stako bottle as im sure many many other users do.
