Well, lemme think.

I've seen people slam beers before hitting the field. Rec and tourney. I've seen paintall players tell me they're athletes jut as they take a drag off their cigarettes. I've been offered home-rolled smokes that had no tobacco in it at more than a few events. I respectfully decline, it's not my thing.

That settles it. I'm putting the "X" on my hands at IAO.

Thats has to be the daftest thing i've read all week. Weed slow's down your response times and impairs your judgement (just like alcohol). The only reson you don't hear of it is that the police don't have a reliably test kit for drugs yet that can be used at the road side (but it is coming ). I've lost count of the times i've attended an accident and you can see no reason why its happened untill you smell the inside of the car.

This Man Alien has some more wise points,

Testing for it is soon to be road side and when it is we shall be able to enforce like with drink.

I once used to "be around people" who smoked and yea Uni was a big factor. Then I worked in a pub and after work it help ease you down (still at uni)

But these days I don't touch it, I stopped smoking and cut down my drink intake (a glass of wine every so often and the occasional pint) Just cause I felt I needed to get a bit healthier and start to be more active in my life (PLay ball and Swim 3 times a week)

But back to the subject.

It should be legal. It is a commonly used drug (even in medicine I believe for some conditions) and it could help CUT crime cause you wouldn't have to chase small time "crooks".

People are going to do it and in my mind its just as "healthty" as drinking and people Smoke anyway so whats the bother.

But yes NOT in cars or at Tourneys, you are operating 2 things that are potential killers in the hands of a stoned driver/player.

Just remember it stays in your system for two weeks after unlike alcohol which is gone in 24hrs. So if you have a joint then have an accident a week later, will you get done for a DUI offence

To put you straight theY can do a DNA test on your hair strands and even if you aint smoked it in 10 years there can tell.
(SO THATS WHY EVER1 STARTED SHAVING THERE HEADS)

Me a copper Not a chance mate. Is hovel Sh1# for a living now but i did spend 15 years recovering accidents from the road/tree/ditch/other vehicle (still do it for a laugh)

If they start doing DNA tests on everyone its time to move planets I might find out i'm related to Walker
