My vote goes to Outrage Uk who easily placed high enough to justify moving up a div.

Any assistance from players that are better than the division they are playing in would certainly count as sandbagging!

Every year somone starts one of these crappy sand bagging threads, though people usualy wait till campaign to do it. If only people put more time and effort into training and less into moaning about what other teams are doing.

If Leyton Orient managed to persuade Rooney to join them, would the other teams in Division 3 (or fizzy pop league 1 as it's called these days ) be justified in bitching and whinging about the O's sandbagging?

But if Chelsea (yyyygggghhh tries to clean nasty taste from mouth) consistently tried to play div 2 year in year out then I think the other teams may say something!!!

I never said I ever had anything against these teams!
