Would be nice to know wouldn't Markie, I have been wondering when the Millennium plan on finalising anything!!!
for the infos i have , the localisation will be to the Zénith of toulouse , most famous music concert place , imo the event will be on the car park
just check google earth , Zénith place is between the toulouse airport and center of the town , north from the race-course
you will not find any BK in the area , soo please , just try the south west food , everything is good in the pig

i don't know really any hotel in the town
about the town for night life , just park your car in the center and go around the small streets , you'll find some cool pubs , bodega , clubs...

The formula 1 hotels/motels are great, cheap and clean. A bit like a Travelodge but good Everything actually works.

I think that the nearest and cheapest hostel are in blagnac airport area but you will need a car.

there is also a sofitel (200m from the site) and a novotel but they are really expensive.
For the food you have commercial center near but you can eat pigs and a lot of ducks wich is the local speciality.
