It could be faulty reg if its only had 1 fill. Did it land on its reg when dropped it?

the reg is the pin in the side to fill up isnt it?
and im not sure how it landed only saw it on her foot! D:
but its been filled twice but the second time i used on my old gun at the site and yes it was new.
ill have a word with them see what they can see/do
but ill have to get a manual for the Ego06 as i dont wanna do anything to it without me knowing

The burst disk may have gone, the seal around your guage or fill nipple may have gone, take it back and ask for a replacement or send the reg off to h-pac. If the bottles empty then you shouldn't have an issue, just DONT try and re-fill it your self.
they asked me if i knew how to fill, i said no they tought me, im still not doing it ever coz im not getting my hand blown off!!

It's likely not your filling that's the problem but I wouldn't fill it until the reg and bottles been checked and if you still don't feel comfortable doing it then ask a member of staff.
The reg is the whole thing. From bottle neck to thread that goes into your marker.
