I never seem to get any that are that bad but some of my team mates do. I just think it depends on how easily you bruise.

One of my team mates got one in the nuts at the last F5s left him walking like John Wayne and he nearly threw up , while he lay crumpled and the marshall checked he was alright the other side unloaded on his legs that protruded from behind the bunker.
